How we pack plants
The pot is sealed at the soil line so nothing spills. The plant is braced with shredded recycled paper and moulded paper pulp, and the box is marked This Way Up — Live Plants. Packaging is 100% plastic-free: recycled kraft board, paper tape, paper fill.
What to expect on arrival
A little leaf droop after three days in a dark box is normal and not damage. Unbox immediately, water lightly, and keep the plant out of direct sun for the first week while it re-acclimatises. Most plants perk up within 48 hours.
If something arrives damaged
Photograph the parcel before unpacking it fully and write to us within 48 hours of delivery. See Returns & Refunds for how replacements work.
Where we ship
Pan-India, excluding a small number of pin codes our courier partners cannot reach. We do not ship internationally.
